A deposit is required to reserve hunting dates.
Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
Remaining balances must be paid prior to or upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
More than 60 days before hunt:

Failure to arrive for a scheduled hunt without prior notice may result in forfeiture of all payments made.
Hunts generally proceed regardless of weather conditions.
If Thompson Hunting Lodge determines weather conditions create an unsafe environment, management may reschedule the hunt when possible.
Applicable trophy fees are due upon harvest according to the current pricing schedule.
Harvest opportunities cannot be guaranteed. Hunting success depends on wildlife activity, weather conditions, hunter ability, and other factors beyond our control.
