Hunting Services

All hunts are subject to availability, weather conditions, state regulations, and ranch policies.

Thompson Hunting Lodge reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel hunts due to safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Licenses & Regulations

Hunters are responsible for obtaining all required hunting licenses, permits, and tags before arrival.

All guests must comply with applicable Texas Parks & Wildlife regulations.

Firearms & Equipment

Guests are responsible for the safe handling, transportation, and operation of their firearms and equipment.

Unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pricing

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will honor the pricing agreed upon at the time of reservation.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in hunting, shooting sports, and outdoor activities involves inherent risks.

By booking a hunt, guests acknowledge these risks and agree that Thompson Hunting Lodge shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, wildlife encounters, or losses occurring during their stay.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
